Answer:

The Courts in India are at different levels. We have one apex court, courts at the state level and subordinate courts. Sub ordinate courts are at the grass-root level and interaction of people is the maximum at these courts. These are courts at the tehsil and in towns and hear different kinds of cases. The sub ordinate courts are known by different names like Trial Court or the Court of the District Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Metropolitan Magistrate and Civil Judge.

The subordinate court is more commonly known by different names. These include the TRIAL COURT, COURT OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE,, THE ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE,CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE,and CIVIL JUDGE.
