In march 1946 the labour party govt. send a cabinet mission to india for framming a new constitution. The cabinet Mission was a unit of three cabinet ministers of England. With the initiative of the cabinet Mission, The Constituent Assembly was formed ajd its first ever sitting was held on 9th of December, 1946 .
