Answer:

Mitochondria are organelles that are scattered throughout the cell, all cells have mitochondria. This is where chemical reactions occur that transfer energy from organic compounds to ATP. they are also known as the powerhouse of the cell as they help to release energy with the help of cellular respiration in the form of ATP.

The Golgi apparatus or Golgi complex is a flattened, layered sac-like organelle that  takes proteins and carbohydrates and modifies and packages them into membrane-bound vesicles. The Golgi apparatus is a system of membranes working in close association with the endoplasmic reticulum. It also helps in the modification of proteins and carbohydrates.

Answer:

Mitochondria:  There are double membrane structures present in both plant and animal cells. Outer membrane is smooth and inner membrane is folded to form finger like projections called cristae. It is the site of cellular respiration. ATP is formed inside the cell. ATP is energy currency of cell thus its called power house of the cell.

Golgi Apparatus: It is formed of several flattened vessicles stacked one above the other. Synthesis and secretion of enzymes and hormones takes place here. They are called as post box of the cell.
