It explains the power of death against everyone.
The speaker makes it clear, that, the death will come for everyone and it's a common phenomenon to all.
The speaker talks about the warriors, contrasting their success in battle with the moment they, themselves, must submit to death.
The speaker addresses the people that, one day, it is for sure, that, we will die, as well.
And,
Specially the warriors who have sacrificed their lives for their nation are honorable and will be remembered well after their end.

James Shirley's 'Death the Leveller' is a hauntingly philosophical poem about the dismal march of death that tramples down human pride and pomp.
They too shall bow their heads before death.
But poor mortals still tame and kill one another like thoughtless beasts.
Strength and courage too shall pass.
Hope it helps u mark as brainliest please
