,in the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir we can find the provision dealingwith power sharing,in view of the nature of the state being composed of three distinct geographical region's with internal society diversity.the Constitution ensure representation of each region in the legislative council the power is shared equally between each regions Jammu and Kashmir.
