It is an obvious truth that the mobile phone gives us benefits in some aspects of life. Using mobile phone distributes our communication to make it easier than before. Besides a mobile phone can provide us with a lot of functions like relaxing with music, chatting or playing games. However, today people especially young people are becoming addicted to using the mobile phone. They can not stay away from their phones, even for a minute. Perhaps, because of the benefits of the mobile phones, most people do not realize lots of negative effects that the mobile phone .

Here are some ways by which you can reduce the addiction of mobile phones...

1. Create no Time Zones.
2. Turn of your phone whenever you get in your car.
3. Don't be busy for so long...Set remainder for that....

It is that kind of dependence which makes me ask, ‘Are we losing our ability to think for ourselves?’collating information is just the press of a button away. It is rarely necessary to take that information and compare it with another person’s because that is usually already done on the same webpage. I witnessed a young pupil do a project on Sudan a couple of months ago. She ‘Googled’ the word Sudan, did a lot of cutting and pasting, printed some pictures and the project was completed in less than an hour. When I asked her what she had learnt about Sudan she said nothing much and anyway, it didn’t matter as she got a good grade for it. What was the point of the exercise? Where was the fun in learning something about a foreign country?
