compost and vermi-compost manure: Composting is a process in which farm waste material such as livestock excereta like cow dung ,vegetable extract,domestic waste  and sewage waste are  decomposed in the pits to release the organic matter and nutrients. When composting is done, decomposition is fasten by earthworms . This is called vermi-composting

Green manure are crops grown for specific of time and then incorporated into soil by ploughing . They increase the fertility of soil by incorporating nutrients and organic matter into soil. Leguminous plants such as clover is used for this as it helps in fixing the atmospheric nitrogen.
