A vacuole is a membrane-bound organelle. Vacuoles are closed sacs, made of membranes with inorganic or organic molecules inside, such as enzymes. They have no set shape or size, and the cell can change them as it wants. They are not in most eukaryotic cells.

Answer :-

They are cytoplasmic inclusion. They are clear, fluid-filled or gas filled spaces. These vacuoles are covered from outside by a covering called tonoplast. In animal cell, vacuole are smaller in size and lesser in number while in plant cell they are larger in size.
