after the end of world war 1 , aliied power signed treaty with germany , due to which germany had to pay 33 billion dollar as war idemnity . germany  also lost his territory and their army was reduced to 1 lakh and 4000 officers.

the germany navy was restricted to six battle ships and twelve destroyers . germany also had to give its rich coal mines to france.
