vulnerabilty is the greater probabality of being more adversely affected than other people when bad time comes for everyone. examples - earthquake,flood.etc. it is analyzed on the basis of the type of risk these type of groups can face. it is also based on the alternate means of education, health.etc available to them.it is even based on their capabality to face these risks.

Vulnerability

Explanation:

Vulnerability is the inability to withstand the effects of a hostile environment. Social and environmental vulnerability is measured by analyzing the risks and assets of disadvantaged groups of the society, such as the elderly or backward class. The assessment of social vulnerability will help in forming social policy and gerontological planning.

Vulnerability is extent to which changes could harm a system, or to which the community can be affected by the impact of a hazard or exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally.
