Cities and villages are unique in their ways and both possess distinctive attributes themselves. Cities are urban pivots that are the centers of industries, educational institutions like schools and colleges, hospitals and organizations providing medical facilities, and others. Cities are known for their progressive and well-settled infrastructure, buildings, offices, multi-storeyed apartments, and others. Villages on the other hand are still in the process of development. They lack most of the facilities and the prevailing ones are not that well-established. The schools and colleges of the villages lack proper performance due to various factors. They lack the proper infrastructure to carry out their activities. Proper medical facilities are absent. The cities hold several factors that act as pull factors of migration for the people dwelling in village areas. The education rate in urban areas is considerably higher than in rural areas. The urban people are mostly job and service holders while the primary occupation in the villages is farming and agriculture.
