Recently our school management decided to make students volunteer at the flood relief camp set up for flood victims. One should really know about what is teamwork from the organization and working of a relief camp.
It was such a wonder to see how right from the state heads, ministry heads, district collectors, administrators, workers, and volunteers work so effectively as a team through cohesive collaboration with each other and truly service-oriented without expecting anything.
We as student volunteers were asked to distribute food and clothes to the flood victims. Then we along with senior college students organized some cultural and sports event to engage the youth and children in the camp.
Everything was so organized as a team and the work was evenly distributed to ensure faster delivery of relief materials to the victims which is of utmost importance at such times.
