Fitness is one of the most essentiall ingredients of modern life . we can keep fit by exwrcising daily,eating healthy food, balanced diet , walks and jogging etc . these steps would keep us fit and alert and we would be able to conventrate on our works better

1) exercise daily
2) take plenty of water
3)eat at least two types of fruits and vegetables in a day
4) have a good sleep for 8-10 hours a day
