Actually I am South Indian. Dussehra is Karnataka's state festival. So there is a place Mysore in karnataka. There will a big n grand function. There is a ritual that firstly they choose a strong and healthy that carry the goddess Chamundi Devi through the whole town and lastly they reach to Chamundi hill where they keep the goddess and arrange a pooja. And in this function the Chief minister would be participated. But in this pandemic no one would be participate.
