Explanation :
I remember the day when I first stepped through the de vellowish painted gate of the building. A little boy clinging to his fathers finger as tightly as he could. here infront of them stood the principal: her loving smile encouraged the little boy to venture into the place where he had to spend next 14 years of his life .That little boy was none other than me and the building was oxford public school.
From that to this day I had never a cause for concern of fear about schooling. I knew I was in great hands. I feel very proud of all my achievements; I dedicate them to all my teachers and parents, who have been beacons of light, guiding me to success.
After few months by completing standard 12th we will go our separate ways, that is true but we will forever be bound by the memories we have created together in these 14 years, at the oxford public school.
Today I have this opportunity to thank the staff and management of this school for their unstinted support and guidance. I also take this opportunity to thank my friends for standing by my side through thick and thin. Together we have created unforgettable moments. While writing this l'am over whelmed by a gamul of emotions .For the first time I realized how important you were in my life.
My dear teachers, we have completed this part of journey under your caring watchful eyes .Today realised how important your scolding and reprimands were .These sweet memories will be etched forever in our hearts for the rest of our life. At the oxford public school under the guidance of Dr. Jhumpa Mal and Nilima Rath, who have rightly build us into 'ocean liners with Indian Anchor's..'
At last I would like to conclude with little poem.
14 year of school is almost at its end
Now what await us are new people, new friends
Don't hold back the tear, feel free to cry
It is after all, our final Goodbye.
My teacher's thank you so much
For never giving upon me.

The next day I went to school and noticed that some of my friends were laughing at me. I didn't ask why they were behaving like that, but I was beginning to understand. When I entered the classroom, everyone just burst out laughing. Everyone already knew about my mistake with my friend's birthday.
