Answer:

While some microbes are really helpful, some are not. These microbes that cause diseases are called Pathogens. Diseases like cholera are caused by bacteria - Vibrio Cholerae. These cause a lot of harm to our body, causing illness, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, pain and much more. They can also affect plants, citrus canker (Xanthomonas Canker), rust of wheat (Puccinia Triticina), etc and in animals Anthrax (Anthracis Bacillus), etc. They can be communicable meaning they spread from an infected person to a healthy individual. Eg: influenza, tuberculosis, measals, chicken pox, etc. Non-communicable diseases do not spread. Eg: cancer, diabetes, etc. They are also spread through carriers or vectors that carry and spread the pathogens. Eg: housefly, cockroach, etc.

Hope this helped, stay home stay safe ;)
