In the inner by-lanes that have less traffic, one can notice vehicles taking a right turn along the right lane of the road. It is understandable (but certainly not excusable) that some proceed on the wrong side to avoid a circuitous route. But to make a right turn along the right lane is a serious risk taken with little perceptible advantage.
