Ashok was playing cricket with his friend in in an open ground near his house. As Rahul bolwed to him, he struck the ball hard with perfect innings.

Rahul ran behind the ball. The ball had gone so far that he could not find it. Rahul went to call Ashok.
"Who told you to hit the ball so hard? I can't find it now." said Rahul angrily.
" I'll help you to find it. Don't worry."said Ashok.
Both of them ran to the spot where Rahul had seen the ball last. They started looking here and there but couldn't find it. They thought that the ball must have gone inside the old house near the park. They ran towards the house but they were too afraid to enter. They had heard that the house has spirits and nobody is allowed to enter.
They decided to look through the glass window panes to see if the ball was there. They could see the ball but it was out of reach.
Rahul said,"I want my ball but I don't think that we should enter."
Ashok was a brave guy and he decided to go inside. Rahul could not leave Ashok alone so he accompanied him. As Ashok entered the house, he heard someone singing a song. He turned towards his right and saw that there was a boy singing and painting a portrait.
"Are you a ghost?",asked Ashok.
The boy looked at them and started laughing.
"No, no. I am not a ghost. I love painting. I come here everyday because nobody disturbs me here. I have not seen any ghost in this house." said the boy.
Ashok and Rahul relaxed and introduced themselves. The boy picked up the ball and gave it to Rahul. Both of them thanked the boy and started moving towards the door.
Suddenly Ashok said, "We forgot to ask him his name."
Ashok and Rahul turned around to ask the boy his name. To their astonishment they found that the boy was not there. His paints and drawing book were also gone. Rahul and Ashok looked at each other and without wasting any time they ran outside the house. They kept running till their legs gave up and promised to never go near that house again.
