Debtor turnover:

Debtor turnover is an accounting measure used to quantity how effective a company is in ranging credit as well as gathering debts.

Debtor's turnover ratio is also recognized as Receivables Turnover Ratio, Debtor's Velocity and

Trade Receivables Ratio. It is a goings-on ratio that finds out the association between net credit sales and average trade receivables of a business.

Ideally, a corporation compares its debtor’s turnover ratio with the corporations that have similar business processes and revenue and lay within the same industry.

Hope it helped...............!
