* Once there was a person who name was Ankit, he was working as a manager in a MNC.
* His team was performing very well under him but due to some problem performance of the team was not upto to the mark.
* It was Ankit who has taken responsibility of this, as a manager.
* And started analysing where they are falling behind and came up with some new technique.
* At last they were able to find out the problem and came up with the situation which really helped them in performing well.
* It wouldn't be possible for them to achieve this target, if they haven't worked together and tried to come up with a solution.
