- In real estate villa has become costlier and the interior of villas will be very attractive to customers.
- We find these villas only in gated communities.
- Suddenly the cost of these villas were increased and real estate came down.
- The customers who purchased at higher costs are now getting very less price for selling their villas. An independent house has more value than villa.
