• Villas are also comes under independent house category only with steps from inside of the house.
• The exterior of villas looks unique at many ventures.
• In real estate villa has become costlier and the interior of villas will be very attractive to customers.
• We find these villas only in gated communities.
• Suddenly the cost of these villas were increased and real estate came down.
• The customers who purchased at higher costs are now getting very less price for selling their villas. An independent house has more value than villa.
