The rise of third estate took place during the French revolution.
The third estate consisted of professionals that did not allow the king to impose more taxes on the common people.
They opposed the king and drafted a new constitution. The king lost his life because of the third estate.
This was a show of defiance to the king and this showed the rising power of the third estate as it gained significant political power.

- The third estate occurred during the period of the French revolution. The rise of normal working-class people from their inferior positions to claiming their economic and social rights is called the Rise of the Third Estate.
- Earlier during the 16th and 17th centuries, places are divided into the occupation of the people. The third Estate usually comprises of people from Agriculture background, Artist, Wage workers, laborers in King's court.
- These people were deprived of their rights and were usually treated unequally. The french revolution which made people uphold their rights by causing a revolt against the king marked the first-ever movement of democracy in World History.
