prosperity - kept an open court - anybody could enter his assembly - could talk to him without fear - once a beggar came to the
court - declared he had a complaint against the King - courtiers outraged but king allows the beggar to speak - beggar accuses him
of waging wars and killing people - "I were the King, I would not be so bloodthirsty, he said - King replied, "If I were a beggar,
wouldn't aspire to be a king​
