Raghu was a school student and had always heard his elders saying that "Truth Always Pays" well he did not believe so because whenever he had spoken the truth all he had got in return was a smack, or a big scolding! So he decided that he will lie because a little white lie will only bring in happiness.

So one day he and his friends had planned to go to a new movie after the school. He lied to his mother that he would be late as he was going for a group study for his upcoming examinations.

His mother started asking him various other questions and he had to follow-up and make another string of lies. He felt uncomfortable and spelt out the truth. He then understood that one truth is better than speaking a string of lies which becomes unmanageable later on!
