Once upon a time, a crow was very thirsty. He flew in search of water here and there, but he did not find it. Suddenly he saw a pitcher in a garden. The pitcher was half full of water. He tried to drink water from the pitcher, but his beak could not reach the water. He hit upon a nice plan. He flew and brought a pebble in his beak. He dropped it into the pitcher and saw that the level of water rose up a little. In this way, he dropped many pebbles into the pitcher, and the level of water rose up to the brim. He drank the water and quenched his thirst, and flew away full of great joy.
The Moral of the story is God helps those who help themselves, i.e., during tough times instead of losing faith and get disappointed, one must remain firm and work hard instead of quitting. Work hard and God will help you.
