Write a short story on vampire in 300 words.

Once i was returning homw from school at night. The road was deserted as most people had retired for the night. i was walking deep in my thoughts whenmi heard a blood curdling scream from the next block. I ran there to see what was happening. There i saw a woman lying on the road. There were wounds on the womam's neck and blood was pouring out of it. A man was standing a few feet away looking down. When he looked up i heard a scream and realised it was mine. The man was oale white, he had bloodshot eyes and fangs with drops of blood dripping from them. The guy was a vampire. I turned around and was about to run when the vampire suddenly appeared in front of me and pounced on me and bit my neck. I screamed and felt cold. Everything turned black as i fell in to oblivion.

Udayveer and Dharmaveer were very good friends. Once they were coming back to their village from their factory. In the way there was a forest , there was a strange thing in that forest. The forest was very dense and dark, still there was a cottage in the forest. No one knows who live there, but people have created a stereotype feeling that there lives a vampire in everyone's mind. Udayveer don't believe in these things while Dharmveer was shivering as he was walking because of fear. "The cottage is nearby, what will happen " , he whispered. "Don't afraid nothing will happen", Udayveer assured him. As they were moving the cottage was coming near and the heartbeat of Dharmaveer was becoming fast. "Control yourself, otherwise you will die of heartattack", Udayveer said as he laughed. Dharmaveer didn't noticed as he was busy in chanting hanuman chalisa. As Udayveer was laughing he slipped and fell into a ditch, Dharmaveer tried to help but he also slipped. Now they both were unconscious, when they revived they found themselves in a cottage


and a old but frightful woman was sitting near them. "Who are you?" they both asked . the woman replied, " I am Madhulika. I reside in this cottage". Dharmaveer said frightfully, " You are the vampire and he pulled Udayveer and tried to run". Madhulika laughed and she told them that she was not a vampire. " then who are you", Udayveer asked. then she start telling what happened to her ," 33 years ago my husband died, I have no child, as a widow I have to die with my husband but I wanted to live. But this world keep on taunting me, so I ran away and started living here. people think that here a vampire lives and I feel that this is OK, that's why no one comes here. Udayveer and Dharmaveer feel bad for the woman. They promised Madhulika that they will never tell anyone about her and then they wave goodbye from her as they move toward the village.
