Today was just another day for me, I woke up, bid goodbye to my wife and son and went to the office, before I knew it, I fainted. Then there was an ambulance siren and then everything went black.
I did not knew that how long I had been in the hospital, I just remember a doctor hovering over me and mumbling something. My watch read 21:00 when I woke up, I usually came late from work so i thought that my wife must be in bed.
But I could not remember why i was outside the hospital, suddenly it hit me and I remembered that I only had one week to live and decided to head home, anyway, back to the present…
I decided to wake up my wife, I whispered,” Wake up honey! I am dying, please wake up.” She did not respond, I knew that she was a very heavy sleeper and could not wake up, I smiled at her.
I again realized that I could die anytime but how could I? There was no money for my wife and son, what would my wife do, my son, what would happen?
Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my chest, luckily my wife woke up, I screamed due to the pain. She started to speak something but I interrupted,”Goodbye dear, my time is up!”
She screamed, an endless scream came out of her mouth, it sounded like noooooo… but I was not sure, soon I floated away, only to wake up in another world.
Now, it was all black, I tried to open my eyes and was successful, I saw my wife and son sleeping besides me and realized that it was just a dream.
