LOST AND RESCUED
All is well that ends well, so they say. i couldn't agree more to this until it happened to me and my little puppy two weeks ago. so as i was planning
to go out and catch some drinks with my friends, i couldn't stomach the idea of leaving Scoopy, my little puppy behind alone. my nanny was away for the weekend and the only option i had was to either leave scoopy or carry her with me. i settled for the latter. at the bar, my girls were excited to see her, and they couldn't help but play around with her. one thing led to another and we got so lost in stories and later on i got to realize, wait a minute, Scoopy is not here. i started panicking. we checked all corners of the bar, Scoopy was not there. She was gone. She was lost. confused and stuck, i decided to head out on the street and started to ask whoever passed by but no success. i moved about praying and hoping that a miracle would happen and find my pup. the search went on for about 2 hours and as i was walking down along the street adjacent to the bar i was in, alas, i saw an old lady carrying my little being. without thinking twice i ran to her and told her she was carrying my puppy. that is when she narrated to me how she had rescued Scoopy by the roadside wandering about. she handed her to me, i thanked her and we both went our separate ways.
I was sitting in a train and my co passenger seemed to be somewhat scary. The train is almost empty and I am bit scared about the way he looks. He remind me of any dacoit I may have seen on movies.
As I was about to check my belongings, I found my chain is missing. I was sure, he is the one who has stolen while I was sleeping.
Started searching for my gold chain frantically and asked him also if he has seen it. He also started acting as if he is searching for it.
Then suddenly he found it and handed it over to me. That was a lifetime lesson for me. Never judge someone on the basis of his or her appearance.
