African philosophy called Ubuntu inspired the statement I am because we are. Couple of months back I spent time with the Argentina team. I had a new purpose. A kind of a new and cohesive team work which helped understand company with added respect and trust.
The transformaion was amazing and noteworthy. A lot of time was spent to learn the philosophy.
