the brook is written by sir alferd tennysone . In his poem the brook itself describez it's journey. It describes that it flows through mountains which was frequently visited by water birds like coots and herns.It flows violently and carries all stones which are on the brook's way. When it was about to join the brooming river it goes silently and merged with the river.
