To create an FTP location using Microsoft Publisher 2007:
In Microsoft Publisher, from the File menu, click Publish to the Web.
In the Publish to the Web window, click Tools, and then click Map Network Drive.
In the Map Network Drive window, click Connect to a Network Server.
Click Next.
Click Specify the address of FTP site.
Enter your hostname in Network address box eg. ftp://IPaddress/public_html where IPaddress is the IP address of your Bluehost server. The IP address can be found in your cPanel in the left column stats, or by contacting Bluehost technical support.
Un-check log on anonymously.
Enter your username in the User name box eg. your 8-character cPanel username or custom FTP username. This information is found in your cPanel under the icon FTP Accounts.
Enter a name for this connection. eg. "My Website".
