Mixed religion is a form of identity that a person adopts when they are born into a family with individuals following multiple religious beliefs, and they do not want to adopt any one. For example, consider someone who is born out of a marriage between a Christian and a Hindu. Though most people choose one religion of the two for their children, there are some others who don't. In case of such a situation, the child may not completely follow either Christianity or Hinduism and may choose to call himself or herself of a 'Mixed Religion'.
