Good Morning Sir , and my dear friends ,
As today you all have selected me as the class monitor , on the occasion  I want to thank you all to trust me as a worthy person to the rank . I am really happy about this and do not know how to express my feelings to you all . On this occasion I also want to assure you all that I would look up after all the duties and responsibilities of the monitor . I also want to state that I would never be partial to anybody . I thereby promise that I would not disappoint my friends and teachers .

Firstly, I would like to thank you (teachers name) for giving me such a great oppurtunity of monitoring the class.Then, i would like to thank my fellow classmates for appointing me as the class monitor and I assure all of you that  I will not fail your decision.I will perform my duties with full responsibility and if there is a bit mistake by me then I would like all of you tell me about my fault and I  will try not to make that fault again.
