Fitness is very important always. And fitness can be achieved only through exercise. Exercise helps in preventing excess weight gain or maintaining weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Exercise keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, and certain types of cancer, arthritis

and falls.

Exercise is not beneficial for body, but mind and emotions also. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.

In conclusion it can be said that all of us must include exercise in our daily routine.

doing physical exercises is very beneficial for our mental growth well as our physical growth . I think this lockdown when we were all at home has made us understand the importance of this we keep sitting in front of TV the whole day will disturb our mind and physical growths and even it has but also when we are doing exercise we should make sure to have a continuity in it if we dose does not maintain this contuni6so it will be useless .

physical exercise let's take yoga it's very beneficial for us if we even do it for some time daily so its awsome for our mental well as physical health . how mental? ok let me tell if our body will be fit deasise free so our mental health will automatically fine .
