Explanation:

Good Morning, to all the judges and everyone, present here today. My name is (your name), and I am going to speak about Ambedkar Jayanti.

Ambedkar Jayanti is celebrated throughout the country on the 14th of April every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, also known as Babasaheb Ambedkar. He was born on the 14th of April 1891.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is known as The Father of the Indian Constitution due to his instrumental role in drafting the Indian Constitution, a significant building block of India as an independent nation.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was also the first Law Minister of Independent India. He was a social reformer to the core. He strived for equality among all casts of the Hindu society and for Indians as a whole.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar taught all Indians Equality and Fraternity through the drafting of the Constitution of India, the preamble of which states that all Indians are equal in the eyes of the law and that all Indians are a vast family through the idea of Fraternity.

He taught people to fight for what is right. He promoted reforms that uplifted the lowest of the casts, the Dalits. He organized several movements like Anti-caste movement, Dalit Buddhist movement, etc.

On his birth anniversary, the President of India, the prime minister, and the public pay homage to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. Several seminars are held in educational institutions like schools and colleges to promote and spread the ideas of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

Coming from the lower casts himself, he had to go through a bitter childhood. He understood and felt for all the lower caste people. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is known as a symbol of equality and social reform.

After becoming the first Law Minister of the country, and through the drafting of the Constitution of India, he changed the future by trying to give everyone an equal chance.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar held the Honourable post of principal at the Government Law College in Mumbai for two years.

He was also the first Indian to have a Doctorate in Economics abroad.

Following his example, many people left Hinduism for Buddhism since Buddhism does not divide people into casts. He was the spokesperson for all underprivileged and poverty-stricken lower casts like the Dalits.

Due to his zeal in the Dalits’ upliftment, he constituted separate reserved seats for the people of lower casts, which was frivolously opposed by Gandhiji.

He was against section 370 of the Indian Constitution, giving exclusive rights to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Section 370 has been abolished a few months ago. It shows how accurate and forward-thinking his plans were.

He was bestowed with Bharat Ratna in 1990 for this exemplary work in Indian Reforms.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar remains a symbol of equality and foreperson of human rights. His works and ideas continue to influence the mass of people. His forward-thinking and ideals are still applicable today. Many look up to him as a role model, as do I.

Thank You.
