games is very a good entertainment thing but we must not be so addictive to it if we, we cant even be forcus on studies and other work. Just play for entertainment but not addicted to it, if become addictice ur mind will be in games I cant even live with out it u will feel. u can play with friends like pychical games but childrens muat not be in co puter for long time, because they wont so any work but they will play fully.

sports is a very good for human beigs because it helps us to become strong and it helps us to maintain fitness.For childrens sports is very important for there growth, strength and fitness. sports like badminton, tennis, cricket, football, volleyball, throw ball and so on they help chilfren to grow well, and helps to study well, the provob no pain no gain, is suitable to this because if u workhard u will succeed what u need same here if u work hard to become a athlet and so many you can be successful.
