Plan plan and plan….Just write down the things that you want to complete tomorrow on a paper while going to bed. Place it beside you and once you wake up in the morning look at it and once you are getting completed with the tasks noted on the paper keep an tick beside it citing completion.
Do not jolt down bigger things in the beginning itself, start with small taska once you get used to this habit the bigger things will fall into place unknowingly and you will feel the difference.
Just remember a just born baby will always take that baby steps to grow not the giant leaps, in the same way for a person to grow the steps that he climbs initially will determine his growth.
