fast of all what is Balancedite it means to take a proper amount of food with ditery fibers. Then comes to physically exercise. It means that to keep our body in a proper manner. The advantage of balance dite. To keep our body in a proper shape. To be a slimy figure. Then physical exercise. It helps to keep our mind happy. We interested to done anything like reading, playing etc. It also helps to fast blood circulation.playing is an example of P. E. All human beings have different types of physical exercise according to their age. we have to mentain our physical exercise daily. The need of physical exercise especially for fatty people. It helps to melt the extra fat in our body. Then balance dite contain roughage that also melt the extra fat in body of human beings. Balance dite containing foods are curd, cucumber, carrot with water etc. If we mantain balance dite and Physical exercise daily we can keep our body in a proper figure. And also a slimy figure. We have done physical exercise in open places like -play ground,tender light of sun, roof of the house etc. Because by this we can get fresh air. These are the advantage of balance dite and physical exercise.
