Good morning everyone present; I am going to talk about ‘Migration: Choice or Compulsion’.
Migration can be defined as movement of large number of people, birds or animals from one place to another. Well, migration can be by choice or by compulsion.
Migration by choice: Some people immigrate to advanced and more prosperous countries for better life conditions; this migration is by choice. Thousands of people from India immigrate to Canada, America, Australia, and U.K. This migration is by choice.
Migration by compulsion:
This migration happens when some calamity or oppression takes place. For example, lakhs of Kashmiri Pandits had to migrate from Kashmir when they were targeted by extremist Islamic people under a well-planned conspiracy.
So, in conclusion it can be said that migration can be by choice or compulsion.
