I'm saying that on behalf of the campaign "Stop Child Labour: School Is the Best Place to Work", a bit too long for a title for a campaign but, ok, let's call it Stop Child Labour. What this campaign is working at is to redefine the struggle against child labour in its relation to the right to full-time education, and to link that to the role of international donors like ILO, UNICEF, World Bank, national governments, and so on.

tanvipapde: I am sorry to add a negatice coment but the speech must be of 100 to 150 words .

Hii mate!!
Your question has been answered here

Good morning!!
Respected principal mam, teachers and all my dear friends. Today I am standing in front of of you to recite a speech on the topic of " say no to child labor"

As we look around we see many small children as working. So, that they can earn money for their family or for the heir food. We all know that it is wrong to gave work to child. But no one say anything.

We all like to send our children in school. But don't like to stop anyone's children by doing work. As we think they are poor. But we don't think that they were also children and were too small.

To earn money they do work in dhabas, as housekeeper etc. The age in which they have to play or go to schools. In that age they work for someone else and many times they don't get rupees of their work.

So, there is an urgent need to stop child labor. Instead they were also send to school. So, that they also get education. And in future they also do something for their family, country or nation.

Thank you
Have a nice day.

Hope it helps you.
