How do we define success? Success is our desirable outcome of our work. All are equal and ordinary because everyone has their own talents. People know their talents and work to achieve success. We think that some works are hard to do. So, we classify those works as impossible or extraordinary. Some people work hard and achieve their dreams. Failures are stepping stones for success. We can't have the real taste of success if we don't have any failure. Our failure lead us to our success if we learn from them and act accordingly. We can't imagine that these extraordinary things can be done. We see many failures before many success stories. So, I conclude that real success means ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

         Success is when ordinary people decide to do the things they dream of doing and do extraordinary things. I would like to share a few inspiring stories of such people.

         Cory Annis who lives in Durham, North Carolina has set up 'Unorthodoc' the first virtual doctor's office. It alters the four major barriers between entrepreneurs and their healthcare - time, space, overhead and information. Unorthodoc creates a single medical record that is available to the clients anywhere in the world. It provides a stable relationship with one doctor who has the time to listen and help the client optimize his health in all areas.

         Mark Baeder, of Fairfax, California left a corporate finance job to promote adventure and launch a mountain biking tour company, named Mountain Bike San Francisco. It helps people to learn a new technique, master a skill or just have fun out on the trail.

         Melissa Rachel Black who travels to a lot of places which include Berlin, Germany, Los Angeles and California, is writing an inspirational cookbook called, 'The Eat Team', which has stories of chefs and artists from around the world. She and her fellow graphic designer, Hannah Rowbotham interview artists, chefs, and other creative people and ask them to share their stories. They want to inspire readers to live out their own dreams, expose talent, learn about food, and create a community around these amazing people.

           So when ordinary people use their talent and skill to do amazing things for the community it is a remarkable achievement.
