Good morning respected judges and all the audience present here.Firstly I would like to thank the judges for giving me this opportunity to speech on untouchability.Untouchability is a human created word. All the people are treated equally in the eyes of law but the society is not ready to accept this.People in the society are not taking a chance abolish the word called untouchability rather they are abolishing the word called humanity. This should not happen.Government should pass strict laws to abolish untouchability. All the people have same hearts n Indian blood but their mindsets are different.People should change their mindsets in order to abolish untouchability. All the people should be friendly irrespective of race, caste, gender discrimination. Then India will become a peaceful country.According to sacred books of Hindus people are treated on the basis of caste but this is not proven scientifically. There are low caste people are treated as untouchables like S.T but the government has given them equal opportunities to other castes. The citizens should also respect every other citizen to maintain dignity. All the people are given equal rights in the society.Humans are the only living organisms who are eligible of rational thinking and taking their own decisions. So if the mindsets of people change then society changes.JAI HIND

Untouchability in India was a major problem that existed long ago in India. But by our constitutional rights and duties itis abolished and it has been reduced to a large extent. The untouchable people as they were called Dalits were considered as HARIJANS by our father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. Harijan means people of God. This inspiredmany of our Indian citizens to stop this act and bring India as a country which abolished untouchability.
