a. The government must provide for alternate employment opportunities in rural areas, which can employ people at the time when they are no engaged in any task, this will help to counter seasonal unemployment.
b. Must also bring more land under cultivation, this will certainly give more employment to people.
c. Government must also encourage more cooperatives, which will help in generating employment.
d. Government can also undertake construction of new projects, like construction of dams for better irrigation, which would employ more people.
e. Also can to provide for cheap credit to farmers, this will help them to expand production.
f. Government must encourage non farming activvities, . It serves as an alternate source of income for those who are not involved agricultural farms. Small farmers and landless farmers can involve themselves in non farming activities like dairy farming, can open their small business outlets selling grocery or household products, can work in small scale manufacturing units like converting sugarcane into jaggery.

Employment is the one of the major issue in Zimbabwe . More and more people are getting unemployed due to the different reasons . Serious government should be taken regarding this . Unemployment can be changed into employment by taking the step forward to stabilize the economic situation . For this more and more investors of the country should be asked to build industries , factories and food restaurants within the country in order to create more employment chances . Also, government should stabilize the situation by taking actions like building up government organizations or by updating and creating space with in the existing government organizations.
Additionally , there should e steps taken to invite the foreign direct investment in order to create more chances of jobs in the country which would help to decrease number of jobless people.
