before coming to the desert ,i felt very happy because i am gng to see a new place that never saw before. iam very much excited about the journey.but when i came here i saw the world with full of silent, dryness, and the soil is completely devoid  of moisure..it is not only dry but also very hot and soft.i saw nothing except the hot sand,sand,sand.............nthng except that.i am very thisty due to heavy hot at the time but i could find a tree. there ntng aat all except cactus, camels

there i came to have a little water through a women who came with her husband on the camel after a long time. I was shocked how people and animals of the desert adapt themselves to scarce water conditions. I had never imagined that the desert life is so hard and challenging.

when we returned to our place the dreadful silent in desert lasted as a unforgotable experience in my life

can hear birds screeching and trees rustling. I can hear the wind howling and the waves colliding off the rocks. I can hear monkeys and then complete silence. Now I can feel sudden pain crawling down my legs. I now feel the sand I am lying uneasily on and my damp clothes. Although I am damp from my clothes, I can still feel the searing pain of heat beaming down on me. I could smell salt, pine and fish but worst of all, I could smell danger. I could taste blood and salt but I had such a dry mouth especially in the heat. I opened my eyes but the light was like a torch being shone in your eyes. I could see green tropical trees, a bright blue sky, yellow sand beneath my body, the foaming blue waves splashing onto the sand. At first I thought I was hallucinating but this was no dream! I could see blood from wounds on my arms and legs; I looked around to see a massive jungle to my left and to my right. When I blinked I could see my own eyelashes. I knew what was going to happen next!

You see, it all started when the summer began. We were going on a cruise, well me, mum, dad and Jess the family dog, to Italy for two weeks. I had just finished primary seven. With just two days to go we were so excited… two days past and we were boarding the ship. It was after about five hours when the captain said we had taken a right turn instead of a left turn. Everyone was panicking, all except me. I suppose that’s because I never truly understood what was happening until now. It started raining. After that came the thunder. Then the lightning. People tried to run inside, but they were sliding up and down the deck. I just remember the scream that came from my mum as she fell overboard. It’s that same scream that haunts me every time the wind howls. Then I knew I wasn’t safe. I too tried to get inside the boat but a huge wave came over me and swept me away. I remember gasping for air as the waves slashed down on me like a whip to my wrist. I don’t remember much more apart from being held underwater for ages as though I was being tied to a pole by pirates on a ship. I struggled to breathe and I don’t remember anything else. It is like a complete blackout and here I am now on this desert island with absolutely no one around apart from these animals that burst my head as I speak.

I’ve decided to explore the island to find clothes, water maybe food (as I figure I could be here a while). can I able to alive
