rahim was a very hardworking farmer. he had a visually impaired sister salma whom he loved very much. they were living happily together in their small house. one day he met rehan in a village fair. he was a trader dealing with trading of farm products. rahim was very much impressed  by his honesty and kind heartedness. he liked rehan so much that he dreamt of marrying his dear sister to him. he invited rehan for a diner at their home. rehan too liked salma and promised to marry her. actually, rehan was a culprit. his plan was to take away their property in lieu of the marriage. as the days passed and marriage was near. he started demanding things from rahim. being innocent, he could not understand and for her dear sister he fulfilled all his demands. he was expecting a good yield this season. but for his bad luck, his village was struck by heavy floods which destroyed all his fields. floods carried his home along with it. they had nothing left with them. then they realised the real face of rehan who refused to even recognise the poor fellows. rahim and salma were very sad. but rahim did not loose hope. he again worked hard to set up the fields and built up the house. in a few years his hard work paid and he stood up against all odds. meanwhile, salim who was salma's childhood friend proposed to marry her. rahim married his sister to salim and they lived happily ever after.
