Once upon a time in the forest hare and tortoise were good friends. Then hare made a fun that tortoise is a very slow in walking and l am very fast than tortoise. Then tortoise got angry and told hare that let's keep a race. Then hare laughed and told l know u are going to lose the race told the hare to tortoise carelessly. Then on the next day everyone was standing in the starting line of the race and cheering tortoise and hare. Then they started the race. Hare was running fast as tortoise and he saw back after coming a long way. Then the hare carelessly thought however the tortoise is slow l am very fast. Then the hare thought to take some rest after eating the cherries in the bushes beside him and he gone into a deep sleep. Then the tortoise came when the hare was sleeping and snoring. Then the tortoise carefully walked without any sound and he began to run as fast as he could. Then the hare saw the tortoise running before him and started to run but the tortoise won the race before the hare approached the finish line. Then the tortoise wins. Then the hare told sorry for underestimating you he said. Then tortoise smiled. Then like old days the tortoise and hare were best friends.

The hare now felt like taking a short nap as he believed that he could overtake the slow tortoise any time and reach the target. The hare slept. When the hare woke up he realized that he had overslept.
He began to run fast to overtake the tortoise who slowly and steadily was reaching the target. The tortoise reached the target before the hare could do so and won the race. The moral of the story: ‘Slow and steady wins the race.
