The Real Hero.

Once in a small town there lived a 16 years old boy named Aman. He was a careful, active and helping child. He lived next door to an old couple's house. One day, after coming home from school, he sat down to complete his homework. He was about to go for some rest after completing his homework, then sudden he saw a thick smoke coming from the next door building. The smoke was too thick there and it seemed that the house was on fire.

Aman immediately ran out to check what was actually happening. With closer inspection, he saw an open window. He peeped inside the window and saw that the room heater was on and the wire caught fire. The carpet and nearby combustible objects were burning. He found that no one was at home. He immediately ran to his home and called the fire brigade.
After calling, He started shouting for help and the neighbours came. The neighbours stopped fire from spreading by throwing sand and mud near the heater. Soon the fire brigade came and put off the fire. There was not too much damage to the house.
At the same time, the old couple returned. They were confused for what was happening in their absence. Aman narrated the whole story to the couple. The old man explained that he was resting in the room before going out of the home with his wife. The heater had caught fire due to short circuit and heat. The old man continued that he would repair the electrical appliances and would be more careful next time.
Aman was praised for his presence of mind and carefulness. Aman was feeling glad to stop an accident from happening. He was rewarded by the couple.
