an e-rickshaw was standing in front of an apartment parking area it all of a sudden started to rain then something in the rickshaw had short circuited which started a blazing fire it looked like the water would have put it out but the water was just adding to the problem it was 12 am and on of the apartment residents saw this and immediately called the fire department a couple of the 1st and 2nd floor apartments had caught fire the situation was getting worse by the second by the time the fire department had reached the 3rd floor was starting to catch fire and by the time the department put ot the fire they found that they had 10 casualties and almost 20 to 30. injured it was dreadful disaster.
