Write a story in about 150-200 words begining with the following: I was sleeping at night and I heard a sound of glass breaking

I was sleeping at night in my room.myparents had gone out of station..I was alone in the home. I slept after dinner. Suddenly i heard a sound of glass breaking i wake up. I got scared.I suddenly messaged my parents.I went out of room with my bat and I saw a shadow. I was scared but i gather my courage and i sat below the stairs. It was dark everywhere Suddenly i saw a person in frint of me who was searching for something in card board .I gathersd my courage and slowly slowly without noice came close to him and starting beating him.I starting shouting after a couple if seconds and neighbours came .I beated him too much .They called the police and after sometime my relatives came home as police called them.They caught him and thanked me for showing my courage. I was given bravery award by CM. I was Happy.

There is no electricity in the house.

I was scared a lot since I went to my bed after watching a horror movie.

As I opened my room’s door, I could see our hall was pitch dark.

I told myself that it is nothing and started chanting “I am brave” over and over again.

I read about this trick in one self-help book.

I slowly moved into the hall.

As I stepped into the hall, I remembered my cell phone.

But I didn’t have courage to go back to my room and pick up my cell phone for light.

As I moved further, small light in the hall suddenly glowed and a cat crossed my sight.

I left a long sigh and returned to my room to sleep in my bed.
