Once upon a time, there lived a lion in a forest. As the lion was the king of beasts, he was the ruler of the forest. He had enormous strength which he used to hunt down his prey. The lion had killed many hares, but didn't eat all of them. Actually, he hunted the hares haphazardly, at his own will. Being exasperated at the situation, the hares of the forest decided to organize a meeting to find the solution of the problem. The hares in the forest proposed to offer the lion one hare a day and the lion agreed to the condition. However, the hares were very cunning. One day, a hire deliberately arrived late. The lion was very angry and when he asked the hare about the reason of coming late, the hare replied that there was another lion in the forest who was even more powerful, stopped him in his way. Hearing this, the lion asked the hare to take him to the other lion. The hare then took the lion to a feep well. The water of the well was clean. The lion saw his reflection in the water of the well. He thought that there was another lion inside the well. Thinking so, he jumped into the well and drowned. The poor lion died there and the plan of the hare became successful.
